LIUK Pass Notification Letter 2010

Hi All,

Can anyone please clarify this:

1. Does the date of passing LIUK matter? I appeared and passed LIUK in July 2010 as I was unclear when I would be eligible for ILR. And I apply for ILR in July 2012. Do I need to do it afresh so it is from 2012?

2. The evidence for LIUK is the Pass test Notification letter issued from centre the day I appeared, is this sufficient? It does not give any score and a few members here say that they were given their score by CW at PEO. I am confused now, is there some sort of certificate or marksheet to be submitted aswell?

Please shed light.

Many thanks in advance.

No there is no expiry on LIUK test. You should be able to use 2 year old LIUK certificate

You are right to be confused.
Apparently the test centre will only isse test pass certificate with no score.
but it seems the score is visible to PEO caseworker on his/her screen.
So just the pass notification letter is all you get after passing the test.
No other proof is requied.

Please shed light.

Many thanks in advance.
