I am posting for my friend. She is uk since past 6 6years .
Work permit 2007
Hsmp approved in January 2008
Tier 1 2010
She divorced living with her 2 daughter joined in uk about 4 years ago.
Now I she is eligible for Ilr on 5 year residency. Can her daughter age less than 10 year are also eligible to spply on same form set (o)

If yes what documents She would need for children.

You need to go through SET (O) form and guidance.

For dependant childrens (not born in UK), all you need is photographs and passports and their details to be entered as dependants in SET (O) form by main applicants.
