Am I eligible to apply for ILR as dependant

Hi All,
Please help...I wanted clarification as to am I eligible to apply as ILR dependant to my husband under Tier 1 General Category.
My Background details are:
- I have visa tier 1 general partner visa valid from 24/11/09 to 19/06/12
- I came to London first on 6th Dec 2009
- I had brief travels to India for a small vacation of
# 15 th May 2010 to 23rd May 2010.......7 days
# 27 Nov 2010 to 6 Dec 2010 ........8 days
- However I had to leave for pregnancy to India from 29th May 2011 to 4th Dec 2011 (which is 189 days)...have been in UK since Dec 4 2011 till now....
Would there be any problem, do I need to show any doctor certificate of operation in India or any other document. I am planning to fill the SET(O) form with my husband. Please do let me know if I am not eligible and need to fill any other form to remain as his dependant in UK.
