I learnt lots of things from this forum & its is really useful. MY ILR granted at croydon PEO on 17.05.12.I applied for myself and my wife.
My case was very straight forward, 5 years Work Permit with the same Employer.

Documents Provided.
1. Application form (Version 04.2012)
2. Passports
3. P60 (Last 5 years)
4. Pay Slips (Last 3 Months)
5. Bank statments (Last 3 months)
6. Life in the UK - Pass notification letter
7. Employer's letter
8. Home office letter for Technical chage (Company's name slightly changed)
9. Cohabitation Documents- Council tax bill-2011 &2012- Case worker asked for Any proof for 2010- So gave wife's bank statement of May 2010.

Case worker didn't ask single question. All went well.

hi umesh and congrats on your ilr given!i was planning to take a minimum of 6mths payslip and bank statement but it seems 3 mths sufficed afterall:did you have extras just incase you were asked?
Also for your item 8 for documents provided, what do you mean?did you need extra proof to show that your company had changed its name during the last 5 years?it will be good to know this because i am in a similar situation.
Many thanks

Hi Dsoso
My company's name was slightly changed but it was the same company I was working with and also the same owner. So we notify the ho and then we received the letter from ho which I gave to case worker .but she didn't asked me any question about it.
I submit only 3 moths bank statements but I kept with me another 9 months . But I think if you submit last 5 yrs p60 so 3 months bank statements will be enough.

Thanks singhmohit & Adil2009

For adil2009
According to requirements we suppose to submit up to 2 years documents ( cohabitation) . I gave my council tax bill for 2011 and 2012 , so that's is the reason she asked for any one of the document for 2010.
I hope I will help you
All the best
