SET M FORM 04/2012

Hi
I am applying for my husbands ILR he is nearing his 2 years stay here, he entered on a spouse visa, i am in the process of completing the form. 1st of all am i correct in assuming that i need to complete the SET M form, and i am stuck on questions 11b of wether i need to add my marriage certificate or not, when he entered the UK, we had already got married in india, when i read 11b i am assuming that we add the marriage certificate if he entered unmarried. can anyone please advise. Aslo he submitted his application in the visa application centre in Jalandhar, in section 6 question no 10, they are asking which British Diplomatic post were his fingerprints scanned etc, do i enter British High Commision of VFS UK.
