Croydon IT Issues 2012 - ILR Pending Cases

Hi,
I would like to group up all pending cases in Croydon so that we can track down whose case (from which month) got resolved lately so that we can get the idea of how long do we have to wait for the backlog to clear up ?
My case - SET (O) Premium (1 + 3 dependents)
Location: Croydon PEO
Appointment: May 8th
Status: Waiting to hear back from Home Office, called number of times, wrote complaints to UKBA, waiting for feedback.
