i was always been on same job though out the qualifying period and paid all taxes.
only the problem is i was away from uk while i was on maternity leave for continuous 10 months. its due to family reasons and medical complications.
that matter is really making delay on my ilr application.
though i have applied on same day premium service.
what should i do and provide any supporting docs
pls help me out with legal advise

Applying at the PEO is, I fear, a waste of money as you will not get a decision on the day. Or, you will get a decision on the day and it will be a refusal. Can you elaborate on the family reasons and medical complications and what evidence do you have of this? You have clearly broken residence for a reason unrelated to your work and I can't see any solution other than to extend your leave rather than apply for ILR. Others who know otherwise please feel free to comment.
