Do you need to do a CRB check by yourself to show that you do not have any unspent convictions before the application? or HO will do checks themselves?

You dont need a CRB to apply for your ILR. HO will check it by their selfs when they perform the Bio Metrics for each applicant.

If you want you can apply for scotland disclouser for your self to check for any unspent convictions.
