ILR . change of name . documents in maiden and married name

Hi
I need advice regarding ILR application as a spouse of british citizen.
I have changed my name to my husband's name on bank statements work mortgage ect .
I cannot change it on my biometric as they require passport to be changed first. The passport required my id card (from my country ) to be updated and this is in process but takes 3 months.
I need to apply for PR in july so the new id card, passport and biometric will not all be updated in time.
So my passport and biometric are in my maiden name and everything else in my married name. can i put a covering letter to explain . What can i do and will it affect my application ?
My other question is shoudl I apply in my maiden or married name?
