I have applied for ILR today at Croydon. They said further checks required on that due to my absences. I got 700+ work related absences. I have submitted all the bank statements and payslips, P60 for this period. How many days does this take from today to get the decission. My Visa is eipring in 1ST WEEK OF jUNE. Kindly advise me.

You have 700 days absense and applied for ILR at the PEO and yet seem surprised that it was held over for further checks?

Hi MSP81,

Did you have any absence more than 90 at a stretch?

Please make sure you inform your employer that they may get a call from Home office? do the same with your accountant if you used one
