Salary slips missing

Hi All,

Apparently I am not receiving my Salary slips but have electronic copies of those but my question is can I use these printed copies with my file or do I need to do something else for those missing salary slips?

I have to apply indefinite application for SET(O) and I am currently on Tier 1 General.

Please guide what I need to do in this case?

Thanks,

There is no information you have posted that can help anyone to help guide you.
No one knows what application you are making and under which category or your current immigration category ... to comment on (apparently) "missing salary slips".

Thanks,
As per SET(O) guidance, printouts of online payslips need to be signed and stamped by the employer.

SET(O) form is not for extension, but settlement!!
So the question is whether you are applying for extension or settlement?

Are you applying for a Tier 1 General Extension OR Indefinite Leave to remain?

I am applying for Indefinite Leave to remain.

Your initial question on Salary Slips has been answered. I take it your second question is about when you are eligible to apply?

If so you will need to provide more information for anyone to be able to help. I.e. EC date, Date of Entry, Date of current leave to remain expiry, any gaps in residency etc...

Have you taken a look at the following sticky? If not please do so beforehand as your questions will probably be answered there.

If you are applying for settlement, not sure what this statement or question means?

If your extension is still due, how do you qualify for settlement?

Please make sure that you state the facts clearly ... for others to make a sense of what you are posting and asking. Looks like everyone wishing to respond to your queries are unsure of what you are really asking and in what context.

I think I clearly wrote that I am applying for ILR so if I am saying ILR thats exactly what it states.

So In clear words

I am applying for ILR which is in End of Feb 2013

Entered in UK : Sep 2006
First HSMP : feb 2008
Extension: feb 2010
ILR DUE: First week march 2013

Q: can I apply in December?

What was your immigration status between Sep 2006 and Feb 2008? Should we guess and tell you whether you qualify for settlement in December?
