1. Can you please tell me when can i apply for ILR.
2. First I granted HSMP so should I will be meeting again all criteria for ILR or I am coming in old rules. like just show last three month pay slips.

Q1. You can apply for ILR 28 days before 11.09.12. (Due to the concession given to those who enter the UK within 3 months of EC)
Q2. Your question is not clear. The rules that apply to you for your PBS assessment would be those that applied initially. But I'm not sure what you mean by the statement "like just show last three month pay slips.". You will need to clarify.

Thank you very much for your quick response.
I mean that should I need to again meet 75 points as i did before or I don,t need to. but you have cleared that I am coming in PBS assessment it mean I need to gain again 75 points.
i am adding my wife details. she is my dependent
visa stamp 10.10.10
enter in uk 31.10.10
her visa expired with me 11.09.12
Q1. can I include her in my set (o) form. I think she have to complete 2 years with me under current rules (319e) because she will be short by 1 month when i will apply for ILR.
In this case should I post my application ? it can cover the 1 month short period.
any suggestion welcome.
thanks
