Hi,

I am going to apply ILR application of my wife. Me, wife, my son and shared with my friends, are living in privately rented house. Name on House Tenancy Agreement is only in my name. I am sending House Tenancy Agreement paper with her application. I shared this house with my friends. So, I only have to pay £ 300 a month. And in SET(M) form need to fill about how much rent you pay. I am planning to write £ 300 a month in form and planning add about house in covering letter that i am sharing this house with my friends.

Is that all right regarding rent things in her application??

Is this all right for rent paying £ 300 a month?

Will there any problem regarding House Tenancy Agreement becoz of my name only?

Only my doubt is if i put £ 300 a month in rent section of SET(M) then will Home Office believe me that i pay only £ 300? I am planning to send Tendancy Agreement paper in her application and In Tendancy Agreement paper monthly rent is written £ 900 a month and only my name is wriiten in Tendancy Agreement paper. I am planning to add about house rent in covering letter that i am sharing this house with my friend. So, that they understand that even though £ 900 monthly written in tendancy paper i am paying £ 300 a month and rest by my friend. Does that work? My landlord know that me and my friend are sharing house. Do i need letter from landlord saying that we are sharing house. My monthly income is only 1000 after tax, n wife doesnt work, So, just want to show less monthly rent that actually i have to pay, i.e. £ 300, which will cover expenses under my monthly wage. What you suggest? Thnx very much.
