Hi,
1. I am on tier1 and need to apply for ILR in next few days. I need to include my wife as dependent. I know that I need to mention her on SET O form. Do I need to fill any separate form for her as well?

2. I am not including my daughter on form. We are going for PEO. She is just 3 years old and appointment is not booked for her. Can we take her with us as we can't leave her alone at home!

If you are sure she qualifies for ILR, she can make a joint application with you on the same form.

I think she qualifies. She was HSMP dependent since Jan 2008 followed by tier 1 dependent since July 2009. We have co-habition proofs of last two years, council tax and bank statements. She was not absent from UK apart from usual holidays i.e. less than 30 days per year. Does she need something else to qualify?

She needs to have passed the KOL but apart from that she should be fine.
