when can my wife apply for ILR

Hi All,
I got my Work Permit visa on 29/10/07, arrived in the UK on 02/12/07. Switched to Tier-1 in 2010 (application made on 01/04/10, resident permit issued on 20/04/10), resident permit valid until 20/04/13.
From the previous thread and FAQ, I understand that I will be able to apply for ILR on the 5th November 2012.
Now I would like to know when can my wife apply for ILR.
She got her initial entry clearance (WP dependant) on 29/10/07 - valid until 29/10/12, arrived in the UK on 11/01/2008. Return to my home country 07/12/08. Visited UK again 28/10/09 for 2 weeks and return home. Since I switched my visa to Tier-1 on April 2010, then she also switched to Tier-1 Dependant (out of country application) and granted entry clearance on 20/06/2010. After that she entered UK again on the 01/03/11, she's now with me.
I have cohabitation proof since January 2008, my second child also born here on Sept 2008. But there is a quite significant gap from Nov 2009-Mar 2011 where she was staying in my home country, and she also switched using entry clearance not FLR. Will I be able to apply together on Nov 2012?
