Dear friends
I am in the same situation . I have got my ILR already with a combination of WP and Tier 2 .
My wife has been staying with me in UK for all these four years and I have got all sorts of proofs to show that we have been living together.
Council tax on both our names , tenancy agreement , bank statements, utility bills , hmrc letters .. etc etc ..
However she was in her own Tier 2 ICT visa currently .
Can I go ahead and apply for her ILR without switching to FLR M.
It looks like from this forum I may not be able to but can somebody confirm please
