ILR next month + FPN+Council Tax reminders

Hi guys,
I have my ILR on July 06 and I am not sure if i need to mention about the FPN + council tax reminders letters.
FPN- Received last year (for driving in bus lane)
PCN - Received on 01 June 2012 (parking on single yellow line), though i was not driving(I was out of country) it was my wife (she just went to drop my daughter off to school).
Council Tax remiders letter - Last year we received remider letters from council tax as we missed out the payment date for couple of months.
Could any one please advise.
