Spouse's ILR

In light of the recent change for family migration, do you foresee any issues with my spouse getting the ILR. I came to UK on HSMP in Oct 2007 and later got Tier 1 extension in 2009. She fist came to UK a month later i.e. in Nov'2007.
In other words, I would have completed 4 years 11 months while she would have completed 4 years 10 months in in Sep 2012.
