Hi,
I have applied to Tier 1 from work permit on 31-03-2010 and Issued Tier 1 Visa ( on passport) 20-apr-2010 to 20-apr-2013.
Now I am eligible ILR and query on the filling the SET(o) form section 9 as below:


SECTION 9 - TIER 1 POINTS SCORING ASSESSMENT
A7. Please confirm points being claimed for total earnings.
(i)
Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had leave as a Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-employed lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010
(ii)
Applications for indefinite leave to remain where previous leave as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant was granted under the Rules in place on or after 6 April 2010

Should I fill the section (i) or (ii) as I have applied under the rules before changing on 6 Apr 2010, but confused as my tier 1 visa valid from 20 apr-2010.


2) second question is , My wife is with me since 2010 Jan, so should she be eligible along with me.

1. The "date of application" is relevant, and not the "date of issue of leave/visa".
