Ltd Company Pay

Hi all,

I am going to apply for my ILR in November 2012.

I got my 5 years of P60's along with 15 months payslips prior to the apllication and the bank statements to show the 15 months pay into the account.

1. From year 2008-2009 which is my second year P60 out of 5 P60's, I worked for a Limited company and I am paid by them. I stayed away from home and worked at a different place so I claimed for my Shelter, food and 10 hours away from home pay. So half of my salary was not shown on P60's Gross. Finally the gross amount is gone almost £8K less. This had no impact on my Tier 1 application which I made in December 2009 as I made up the require amount by December working and paying full tax.

Please let me know if all the 4 years are satisfactory and for the 2nd year of the 5 years HSMP and Tier-1 tenure, I have to show less. Does this effect my application status any way. I got all the payslips showing that I was able to earn good amount and more than satisfactory limit in that particular year.

Please help me in the above.

Any suggestions would help me.
