I am going to apply for ILR next week.

Regarding to show finances, i am attaching my 12 months bank statements (for claiming points), are these 12 months bank statement ok for showing economin activity?

Or do we need to provide last 4 or 5 years bank statements?

I am on TIER1 at the moment, granted in 2009 for 3 years and previuosly on HSMP for 2 years.

You will need more than bank statements to show previous earnings. Please refer to the policy guidance. You only need evidence for the period for which you are claiming.

I am sending 12 months bank statements + 12 months salary slips + company letter mentioning salary.

My question is, this 12 months evidence is fine or do we have to provide more than 12 months?

I cant make sense mate, what r u trying to say? I f u mean "To show ur continuous economic activity" pls provide ur P60's for last 5 yrs. If u missing any P60 contact ur employer to get a copy of it.

Can anyone help me in solving this please urgently.

1. On the ILR Form, page 37, (Question no , "Give details when your fingerprints were taken". I forget the date when it was taken, can i give any approximate date? or what to do in this case?

2. (Q10) Give details of the British diplomatic post(s) involved if the application was/were made abroad.

What this question means? This is reagrding finger printing but i cant understand the question. Can anyone tell what answer should i give to this question?

3. I am attaching just 12 months bank statement to show economic activity & claiming earnings. i dont have P60's for last 5 years, does it ok, i have to send send my application on this friday & dont have time to get the P60's from employer. Is this ok for application?

I just put the month in when i did my application. Just put the month and the year they were taken, You should be OK.
