Im planning to apply for ILR in Oct'12. Presently im in Tier 1 General. I have a query on Accountant's letter

Im a consultant & have limited company, i take Dividend + salary from Company

When i take dividend, i normally issue cheque & then it will be deposited in Personal account. The issue i have, the day when i have deposited the cheque in my personal bank account it get cleared after few days but bank statement show the date when i have deposited, whereas business account it shows cheque cleared after 3 days. Will this be an issue & does accountant letter need to specify that ??????

Hi

UKBA doesn't really get fussy about the bank processing times. I would only advice you just remember to use the date of the cheque deposit from your bank statement to use the dividend or the salary payment on your payslips.
