Hi. I'm due to apply for ILR with my dependents this 1 aug. 2012 throught PEO but my husbands passport is expiring this 16 sept. 2012. Will casewoker question that? He will be renewing his passport this august. I hope for an answer. Thanks in advance. JOY

First there is no need to worry, as BRP is issued instead of sticker in the passport.

Also, why not renew the passport now. For Indian passport(i assume you are from India), you can renew 6 months before the expiry of passport.
