premium service for 10 years long resident

hi all
i am about to apply for my ILR in next few months, just spoke to lawyer and he said premium service is not available for 10 years cases, can any one tell me is it true?

The lawyer is correct. ILR applications based on the 10 year rule can only be made through the post.

Our public enquiry offices cannot consider your application if you are:
a person who has been given discretionary leave to remain or humanitarian protection;
a person with a poor immigration history;
applying for permanent residence on the basis of 10 or 14 years' residence;
a business person, innovator, sole representative or investor;
a seaman;
a Gurkha; or
an elderly dependant.
