i am spouse of british
i been granted settlement visa of 27 months
just wondering if i have to register my self at the local police station and also do i need to apply for ID?
if my wife claim for child tax credit and working tax credit would that affect my ILR aplication wen time is up?

You don't need to register with the police or have an ID card. Your wife should apply for Tax credits in joint names, but she must also tell the authorities that you are subject to immigration control.
