Hi

i did get HSMP visa stamped in India on Feb, 2008 and came to UK on May, 2008. In Feb, 2010 i did get Tier 1 untill Feb 2013.
I came to know that my stay should be 5 yrs to apply for ILR but it will be like 4 years and 9 months when my current Tier 1 visa expire.
Can any one advise me if i am eligible for ILR or externsion next year?

Can you please give the exact date of leave granted and your entry to UK.

If the difference is less than 90 days then you can apply for ILR 28 days before the leave granted date.

Thanks for the reply. My Passport stamped with HSMP Visa on 8th Feb,2008 and i landed into UK on 3rd May, 2008. after that got tier 1 extension for furthur 3 years in Feb, 2010. looks like i came within 90 days of issuing of visa. But next question related to this, does these 90 days include stay outside uk like for holidays during these years.
