Out of Uk for 4 years out of 6 years on HSMP(JR) for ILR??

hi
i got my HSMP approved in dec 2005 and got it stamped in jn 2006 and i am on Judicial review doc (applied Before april 2006) .
unfortunately due to family problems i was out of UK from August 2007 to Sep 2010 (3years 1 month ) and march 2011 to may 2012 (1 year 2 months) all together i was outside uk for 4 years 3 months out of 6 years of my total HSMP visa, in the middle i got extension for 3 years . i am elegible for ILR for 4 years as per initial JR.
is there any chance that i can get ILR stamped now? can anybody help.
i am on self employment when i am in UK. any help would be appreciated
