ILR / SET (protection) Route waiting time

Hi there,
I have sent my application in April and didn't receive a letter of acknowledgment. I received a letter for BRC in mid May and I have done it in the postoffice the second day. It has been 4 months exactly since I sent my application. I noticed on this website that a lot of people have got their ILR after 12 weeks. I am very worried now. Are there more people waiting for 4 months or just me???!!!
