Planing to pay in person on the day of appt, my question is:
I am not sure which card payment will go through, can I leave the payment section blank and fill it with the card details on the spot once the payment been taken? what happens if you fill in payment details stating a specific card and payment didn't come throgh for any reason? Can I just rush to one of the banks out side and withdraw some mone?

You cannot pay by cash. The card details needs to be filled in for the card you will pay with.

Call your bank and make sure they are aware that you will be making a large transaction with the home office.
Also make sure that you have enough balance/credit available on the card.

In case it gets declined ask your bank how you can contact them on the spot and get issues resolved - there should be some helpline for checking in real time.
