Hello, I am new to this column, my concern is I have got my ILR last year. I am married and lived with my wife here for four years. My wife gave birth to baby girl in UK. At the moment she is in India since 2 years and I want to call her back as my daughter is grown up now. So which form I have to fill and she lived here for 4 years and worked full time. Will she be able to get ILR same as me? What about my daughter can I register her as British Citizen? How? Please guide me for this. I probably calling them in December 2012.

Whats the confusion?
Your wife and daughter will have to apply for a dependent visa in the usual manner like everyone else.
You wife will be eligible to apply for ILR after spending 5 years in UK.
