I am married and my wife will be applying for Spouse visa (now on Tier 1 dependant) after I get my ILR Christ willing.

So, in evedince shall we need to submit proof of dating for the period before we were married? Wife was not in uk at the time & dating was mainly on the phone by skype & whatsapp.

is it just cohab evedince required post living together....?

Note: we have only been living together for 2 month although we got married in Jan 2012. do we need to specify that in covering letter and explain?

You just need to answer the questions that are asked to the best of your knowledge. The questions give you direction on the information that is required; it's not a test with tricks designed to eliminate you from a contest. I can't answer them for you as I don't know you. You have the information.

Since: does it mean since THE DATE of your marriage? (I know it does not specifically say that!!)

does it mean SINCE you have got married... as in lived together any time post your marriage?

It means both. At any point since you were married. It's a closed question so there can only be a simple yes or no response no matter how long the period you are referring to.

So you've got to apply for an FLR(M) for the wife after getting an ILR, even though she may have a valid Tier 1 dependant visa valid until she is eligible for ILR?

Ok as you might know, I have now, with thanks to Christ my Lord, got my ILR at Croydon

ok for my wife FLR(M) - we are filling the form! it is the most illogical form I have filled so far in my 5 years of stay!

My Question is: Wife obtained Dependant Visa, BEFORE July, so before the new rules came into play. My understanding from the GUIDANCE notes is that the financial Requirements will not apply to her.... SO...

/on the FLR(M) Version v2.... what do we do with Section 7A...

Do we leave it all blank? In the begining of the section there is not a Yes/No question that tells you to skip this section (or go to next section) if you have been in uk before July? but the guidance shows that this section does not apply....

what should we do? (am thinking to fill two forms, one with 7a filled and another unfilled !!! but that would just confuse CW right?)

I would appreciate any help... (am also aware that at the end of the day it might be FLR(O) needed!
