Hi

I am applying for the ILR Jul-2012. My query is regarding my dependent wife.
She joined me in Oct-09. This year she was out of the country for 3 months i.e more than 90 days.

I am not sure is that going to impact her ILR . As all the forums I have read explains that wife should be here for 2 years, Based on this she is here for around 2.5 years(exluding days outside the uk).

Will she be ok for ilr or thats going to be the issue?

Yes it would be OK, As long as you have documents to prove she was here for 2 years. >90 days is not an issue for dependant - you need not mention this anywhere.

Btw, this is August, how you are applying for ILR in July, 2012?
