If that doesn't work try the 0870 number and tell the person you need to make a complaint because the caseworker has asked you to phone but given no number!

I tried the number but it goes to mailbox which doesn't take any messages. When I tried the 0870 number yesterday they said CW are not contactable to public and they don't have phone no or email.
Then why on earth they have mentioned to call CW !!!!!!

When I told them that I need to make a complaint they gave me the address which I have to post.That's all. This is the worst ever service and as a developed country providing this sort of despicable service.

Try once the 0114 number once more after 9am.

I tried that number about 6-8 times between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm today. Will try again tomorrow.
