HSMP to Tier 1 to ILR eligibility

Dear Friends,

Would be grateful if you could please advise me on eligibility for my UK ILR application. I went through every forms regarding this. But still left some doubts about 245 cd Paragraph and HSMP rules,Etc...

Below is my residence status so far.

HSMP Aproval : August 2007
HSMP Stamped in passport : 15 November 2007
Extented as Tier 1 visa: 15 November 2009
Points were based on :
1) Bsc.Degree from India, Post graduate Diploma from London University [ I didnt get my Project. So settled with PG. Dip]

2) Age : 28 at the time of Extension [born on January 1981]

3) Salary: i have shown 26500 from my employer

Please advise me on:
How many points i will get if show them salary of 27500 now ?

Points will be alloted based on the points you were awarded at the time of your extension. So 20 points for your age, 5 for UK Experience, 30 for degree (bachelors) and remaining for your Earnings, You know better how many you scored earlier.

£26,000 - £28,999 25 points

£29,000 - £31,999 30 points

So i assume 30 Points.

Thank you ILR_211 and uksettlement for your reply. I had last application points with me. but i had doubt about whether it apply the same rule as its extention. I confused after reading that document especially paragraph 245cd.
