Hi,

I entered UK in 2007 with WP, next shifted to Tier1 in 2009, now eligible for ILR. I have appointment for myself and my wife with PEO this friday. Could you please review the document list below and let me know if it looks alright?

- Completed SET(O) form for both
For me,
- 12 Months Bank Statement
- 12 Payslips
- 5 years P60
- Tier 1 approval letter
- Self assessment using Points calculator submitted with Tier 1 application
- Employer Letter
- Valid Passport and expired passport
- Initial WP letter
- LIUK test result
- 2 photos

For Wife,
- 2 years Council Tax Bill
- LIUK Test result
- Marriage Certificate
- Valid Passport and expired passport
- Tier 1 dependant approval letter
- 2 photos

Misc Docs carried,
- NHS letters for wife
- Rental agreement for 5 years ( 4years with both our names on it)
- 2 years Bank Statement for wife
- 2 years P60 for wife
- Employer letter for wife
- Speeding Fine letter (FPN)

Looks fine. Take copies of all those documents with you except SET form and copies of both of yours passport visa copies. Otherwise CW will have to do all those and I guess making their life easier would speed up your application process . That's my view.

Yes, I'm taking the photocopies of all of them except misc docs.

well I think you need copies of misc dos as well
You need to provide approx 6 different cohab docs. If you can't find 6 then even in separate names. But I guess it depends on CW. Better to be ready. So you will be under no stress what so ever !!
