Hi Experts,

I have query about ILR application. My case is below

Arrived UK on Tier 2 ICT : 31 August 2007
Received Tier 1 from India, when I went on holiday(Tier 2 ICT was still active) : 16 July 2010.
Renewed Tier from UK : 18 July 2012- Valid till 17 July 2015.

I have stayed outside uk for about 120 days.

My questions do I qualify for ILR, since I have completed 5 years uk. This concern is because I received my Tier 1 when I was in India.

Please advice.

I am not an expert but I think your time resets if you get another visa from outside UK. Senior members feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
