Visa for children and wife - Urgent please advice

I have applied for ILR under 10 years category and my wife have tier 1 dependent visa running out on 7th October 2012, just wondering if I didn't get my visa back by that time where she stands ? How can I apply for her visa.
My wife is in Pakistan at the moment due to my parents health staying with them from last 7 months along my 2 children who was born in the UK.
She came to uk September 2008 and stayed here until January 2012-
what visa she can apply ? is she qualified as to indefinite stay or what visa ?
secondly need to apply for children naturalization can i combine the application ?
Please advice regarding that.
