ILR basis of 10 years rule , immigration case

Hi every one ,
I am going to apply ILR basis of 10 year rule, in the past I have immigration case which took three year to settle down, after three year HO took case back during JR. In mean time my leave was expired under 3C/3D indicate your previous status stay as it is until final decision. as per this link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary
Any comment either I break my continuous period or not.
