Hi All,

If any one who has already done Set(M) Application, Can you please let me know, if the following answers are ok.

1) My Home Office Reference number exceeds the boxes that are given in the sheet...should this be ok?

2) For the question, "When and where did you marry/enter a civil partnership?"...

My Answer is.. " Date of Marriage... at Registrar office in "City Name, Country Name".. should this be ok?

3) For the question, What type of ceremony was your wedding/civil partnership?...

My Answer is.. " Official Registration of the marriage"...

4) What Languages do you speak well?

Should there be a mention of "English" here...

Thanks for your time. Would appreciate your response.

5) On what basis did your partner obtain settlement in the UK?

My answer is, " Tier 1 Migrant and Lived in the UK for 5 years".

6) Other doubts are,

a) I am currently on an ILR and my wife on FLR(M). For the past 1 year, i have been claiming child benefit. Should this impact my wife's ILR application?

b) My partner took the Life in the UK test more than 3 years before. Will this certificate still be valid now?

Kind Regards
