Hello All,

I need to check few things related to my ILR SET(O) Application which is due end of this year.

1:- I was fine during traveling underground but for some reason I didn't receive the latter and than after two months I directly received a latter from the Magistrate court to appear in court or pay the fine. Which I paid online and received the paid confirmation latter as well.

2:- I have consel tex issues as well which I sorted out but again I received a court paid notice, which is also cleared.

Q:- My question is do I need to mention these on my ILR SET(O) application and is it going to effect my application? if I mention or not and how I can find that its appearing under my name or not?

Really appreciate your response in this regard in advance.

I think noone is ure because of LASPO bill which has been introduced...I am in same situation as yours ( have fare evasion issues)...I have filed the RTI with UKBA regarding this but haven't received any response from them..as soon as I recieve anything will post here...

You need to check if comes under conviction or not.

Best thing will be to do is ACRO or CRB check. If there is anythin against you,. it will show up there.

It it went to magistrate court, you should still declare it and attach these above two cerificates if they come clear.
