ILR with two work permit visas

I would be grateful if some one can help.
My details are as below:
Came to Uk in Nov 2007 on 5 year work permit visa to work for private company. It was a job on secondment from my indian company but I was paid part of my salary in UK.
I quit that job when I got a job in NHS and got a fresh work permit visa in Jan 2009 valid till 2014.
I was not in UK for 240 days between nov 2007 and jan 2009 when I worked for the company in India.
I am continuously staying in UK since 2009 with my family. I have been out of UK for holidays for 46 days till now since 2009.
My question is ,
Am I eligible to apply for ILR on the basis of my first visa(Nov 2007) or should I wait till 2014 to become eligible?
