Just a query on ILR -

Came here first in UK on tier 1 gen, Jan 2010 (visa was valid from Feb 2009)

Jan 2010-Feb 2010 - in UK
March-april 2010 - abroad (less than 90 days)
May 2010 till date - UK

Pls can you advise which month I can apply for ILR, I know it will be 2015 but will it be Jan or May not sure, just making sure i am aware of the right time.

In ideal situation, you would be eligible to apply for ILR, if based on current rules, on during the 28 days prior to the 5th anniversary of your initial qualified entry to the UK. This assumes there have been no visa breaks, no overstays abroad, etc.

Assuming there is nothing overly complicated with your days out (Mar/Apr 2010), you will be eligible in Jan.

thank you, no just was away abroad for 65 days or so from the period I first landed in the UK during March-April 2010.There after I have just been on a 2-3 weeks holidays only.
Is there anyone who can verify and confirm with any suggestion or caan provide a good professional contact who can do the same.
