Can senior members please comment on the following:

Does one need to declare a simple caution in any of the sections of the form?

Does it have any effect on the outcome of the applications?

Can the homeoffice see a simple caution from more than 5 years ago?

Thanks!!!!

Can the homeoffice see a simple caution from more than 5 years ago? Why would you be worried about anything from 5 years ago if it is a caution, that does not have a court sentenced conviction, and therefore does not fall within the 'unspent conviction', and which is not what ILR form is after.
Thanks!!!!
