I am a British Citizen and my son was born in the U.K and he got Citizenship a month ago. We applied for child benefit and it was granted . My wife is applying for her ILR by the end of this month , will this be a problem when she is going to apply for her ILR?. If this is a problem what should be the remedy .

Your son is entitled to Child Benefit. This won't affect your wife's ILR application.
