Hi,

I am on HSMP 2Yr + Tier1 (G) 3 Yr.

I was out of UK twice, totall 45 days and it was paid annual holidays. Do I need to get a letter from employer for absebce days? and if yes what is the reason for that as it is nothing to do with the employer? these were my annual holidays for which I was entitled to.

Thanks

A letter is not required in your case. Letters are usually provided when an applicant has exceeded the allowed threshold of absences for ILR.

Hi,

I am applying under SET(0) UK Ancestry.

I have been out of the UK a total of 85 days in the 5 year period, most of the time was taken as annual leave, except for 21 days, which was taken in between finishing one job and starting a new one. I just wanted to check if this is also does not require employers letters confirming absences?

Thanks in advance
