ILR -p60/tax proof

Hi,
Not sure where to post this. Its regarding my ILR, although its due in 2015 Jan but the only thing I am worried about is P60 for the first year I entered in uk(2010-11).
I was self employed for first half of 2010-11 and as my company structure was so that I dint paid any tax because of low salary and much I took through dividend. So I am not sure that how should I get any proof from HMRC because I can’t ask my accountant to give me p60 although he is happy to give me letter explaining this .
For the second half I was employed permanently so I have got p60 for the same.
Any thoughts what how can I get some proof from HMRC ?
