Hello All,

i am due for my ILR next month on 22/10/12. After 2 failure attempt in 2007 i was granted the first tier1 (HSMP visa) on 14/11/2007. i applied for the extension in June 2009 by post. After a long wait of 5 and half month i got a letter stating that my extension is not possible because the first Tier 1 was gained by fake documentation so i was never given a Right of appeal but a fresh application option was given. According to which i did applied in Nov 2009 and my extension was granted without any hassle. Now i am applying for my ILR due you think that they will again dig out old information and cause a trouble in ILR process. Please help me out and let me know if there is can be any complication so that i prepare myself well.

Any help or suggestion from you people will be really appreicable

Thanks in advance

1 When did your initial grant of leave expire?
2. When did you apply for extension?
3. When did you receive the refusal?
4. After this, when did you apply for extension (which was subsequently approved)?
5. What is the issue date of the new (current) leave?

Since the extension application was intime, there is nothing to worry about.
