Hello All,

I got the HSMP visa on 07-01-2008 and came to UK on 05-02-2008. As per below link

Can I count the period between entry clearance being granted and the date the
applicant entered the UK towards the five years, provided this period was not longer than
three months.

Will I be eligible to apply for ILR on 07-12-2012 (4 Years 11 months).

Sorry I mean 10-12-2012 this the date I get I subtract 28 days from my visa expiry date.
