Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with a quick confirmation.

I am applying for ILR on the SET(O) form. In Section 3:

I entered the UK and worked the first year on work permit. For the past 4 years, I've been on Tier 1 (General). Do I need to tick both boxes, or just Tier 1 (General) as that's my latest status?

Regardless, I will complete the appropriate Tier 1 Points scoring Assessment at section 9 of course.

No you should not tick box boxes. What's relevant here is your immigration status at the time of applying for ILR.

Ok great thanks cs95tdg. All clear now and I'll also continue filling out the remainder of the document just based on my current immigration status (Tier 1 General).
