Hi,

I am going for ILR this month, my question is re the checklist for ILR.

Will the CW ask for P60 documents?, i have P60 for 5 years but the latest P60 (2011 to 2012) does not provide right salary details (There is a issue in my pay from Sep 2011 to June 2012, my company corrected the pay and my recent payslips are corrected accordingly. They cant correct the 2011-2012 p60 and the corrections will be updated to my 2012-2013 P60)

can anyone confirm below documents will be sufficient

1. Passport (Original and Copy)
2. Current Tier 2 ICT residence Permit (Original an Copy)
3. 2 Passport Size Photo
4. 3 months bank Statement (Original)
5. 3 Months Pay slip (Original)
6. Work permit HMRC Letter (Original and Copy)
7. Cover Letter, List of Absence and Visa Stamp of my first entry into UK (Passport Copy)
8. Employer Letter (Original and Copy)
9. House Agreement (Optional but Original)
10. Council Tax bill (Optional but Original)

can you please guide me on this, what probable cases does the CW ask for P60. My case is straight forward (Same company for 5 yrs WP+ Tier 2 ICT)

you are worrying over nothing.

caseworkers even when they at P60 they are not so bothered about figures they may not even ask you for a P60 at all.

@arifahmmed I am in Tier 2 ICT at the moment, i came to UK as WP holder in 2007 Aug. I have extended my visa 2 times in UK both as Tier 2 ICT long term.

My Current visa is until Aug 2013 but want to apply ILR as i have already crossed 5 years in Aug 2012

All 5 years with same company and just 109 days out of UK in total (Not been out of UK for more than 30 days a year max)

Hi mate, I was at Peo croydon yesterday, i was asked for all my P60, especially the current one, i dont think anyone can say for sure if they compare salaries and p60 or not, we assume they do. My suggestion wud be to get the docs as clear and sorted as much before presenting ur case.

Same point with Andy77 I asked your immigration status.Yes might prepare all P60 as well,. Cw asked speaially T2 case.

Thanks for the help guys, i am taking my p60 but only show it if asked...and also getting all letters to back my P60 if they see any discrpency

You can ask ur employer for a letter detailing the points and also call hmrc and ask them to send duplicates if it helps, b of luck
